“Communication is a skill that you can learn. It’s like riding a bicycle or typing. If you’re willing to work at it, you can rapidly improve the quality of every part of your life.” Brian Tracy

Enhance Your Client Relationships through Voice Coaching

Is your business dependent on client interactions?

Our voice and communication styles is one of the first things we are judged upon when we meet someone new or speak to them on the phone. This first impression can be crucial when working with clients and developing trust in your services. The way that words are communicated make a lasting impression. This impression is directly linked to generating and maintaining business.

Would your teams benefit from tailored voice coaching to enhance the quality of their client facing relationships?

Would increased confidence in using their voice and speaking up, allow more team members to contribute in meetings?

Many team members may be more able to reach their potential at work after receiving specialist training and the opportunities to practice more confident speaking.

How is Be Voice Confident Voice Coaching different?

In contrast to reading about how to speak with confidence, or watching experts share tips online (a cognitive exercise), I know that to develop a new skill, we need to practice.

Speaking with more confidence involves changing some physical aspects of how we speak (volume, pace, eye contact, intonation, pausing etc). For these changes to become automatic and habitual, we need to practice and repeat. We need to build new muscle memory. Once this foundation is laid, we are able to easily make changes to how we speak while concentrating on what is being said.

I have over 20 years' experience working with the voice, facilitating change and building new habits in individuals.

Clear, confident and appropriate communication skills say so much more than words to your clients.

Be Voice Confident Vocal Wellness Workshops

Knowledge is power. By organising or attending a workshop on vocal wellness, you will become aware of what factors can contribute to a voice problem, when to seek help and most imprtantly, what you can do to look after your voice and prevent injury.

As an occupational voice user you use the muscles of your voice as an elite athlete uses theirs. You need to be trained as such.
